Visit Cinderella and Others in Fairy-tale Ctěnice
Everyone who loves the Three Wishes for Cinderella and other Czech fairy-tales can now visit a unique exhibition held in three separate locations. These are the Ctěnice chateaux in Prague, Švihov castle and in the chateaux in German Moritzburg, which has long been a pilgrimage destination for all lovers of the Vorlíček’s Cinderella movie. The exhibitions will be held until 2nd March 2014.

Czech Apple Festival in Jiřího z Poděbrad
Just like last year, the objective of this year’s Apple Festival in Jiřák Market is to support Czech fruit growers, eco-friendly ways of growing apples and diversity of this fruit. The festival will be held on 11th October and will present 15 growers and a myriad of strains, including Rubín, Bohemia, Šampion, Melodie, Rubinola, Idared, Spartan and others.

Scientific Movies Are Great Spectacle
This year the Life Sciences Film festival offers almost 74 hours of screening presenting 120 movies, television programmes, documents, short movies, educational as well animated scientific programmes. The festival is held in Suchdol in the premises of the Czech University of Agriculture between 14th and 18th October.
