Bathing in Prague: Džbán (Portal of Prague)

The huge water reservoir in Prague 6 will satisfy all those who look for peaceful swimming and bathing that is easily accessible: the maintained area offers all the usual facilities, the beach on the opposite side is free of charge. Part of the water bank is reserved for nudists.

Džbán open-air swimming pool is part of a leisure and accommodation complex on the Divoká Šárka boundary. A large car park is located right in front of the entrance gate. The area also includes space for sunbathing and relaxation in the shade of the trees. Naturally, the facilities include toilets and refreshments.

Although two years ago, Džbán was completely dredged, it is always a good idea to check the quality of water at the Prague Hygienic Station website.
