Every day it will be showing one movie from local productions and in every location the Cinebus will spend three to four evenings. Entry is free! Part of the experience is a public collection for the charity “Help children”. The very first evening at Petřín will remember 70th anniversary of Burn Out Lidice by the Nazis with a small exhibition, presentation of monument and music entertainment. Highlight of the evening will be the successful movie Lidice.

In the name of musicals

This year visitors can look forward to musical Fridays presenting the musical escapades of Kvaska, Rebelové and Starci na chmelu, during drama Sundays there will be films such as Rodina je základ státu (Family is the Base of Government), Alois Nebel and as per tradition the most popular Czech comedies which will be making up most of the program. Friday nights will all be enriched by music productions of student bands and graduates from Music school and VOS of Jaroslav Ježek.

You can borrow blankets

The Cinebus is offering 200 seats, free blanket hire and refreshments. This year the Cinebus tour will finish on Saturday 1st August 2012 at Jiřího z Poděbrad square. Shows start after dusk from around 20.30 pm to 21.45 pm. Entry is voluntary and every day the visitors can contribute to the public collection “Help Children”. Films are being shown every day from 10th June to 1st September apart from three service days 5th, 24th and 25th July.
