Film Summer Starts in Karlín

Czech Radio Regina invites all lovers of Czech and foreign movies to the traditional Karlín Film Summer. The event starts on 19th June at 9.30 pm.

You will find the open-air cinema in the Czech Radio Regina garden in Hybešova Street, Karlín. The cinema offers a rich programme that starts with movies created to commemorate Heydrich assassination. These movies will be screened for free. In June the cinema features various hits, such as Battleship, Men in Hope, Ace-Age 4 etc. The cinema is open until September. The programme is published at the Czech Radio Regina website.

Opening hours, conditions

In June and July screenings start at 9.30 pm, in August at 8.30 pm and in September at 8 pm.
Entry for the 1970s movies from the cycle Anthropoid Operation is free of charge.
For other movies there is a ticket price of CZK 50, the cinema capacity is about 500 places, out of that number 350 places are for siting.
Animals are strictly forbidden in the cinema.
You can get to the cinema by trams 8 and 24, tram stop Urxova, metro B line to Křižíkova.
