Any cyclist, who arrives at a P+R car park, can tell the attendant he wants to park his bike there. The watchman lends him a lock, which the cyclist uses to lock his bike with and gives the attendant the key. The cyclist is given a control card and the cyclists put down a 20 CZK deposit. On their return, after proving their identity with the control card the bike can be unlocked. A cyclist who leaves his bike at the car park beyond the opening hours, from 1 a.m. till 4 a.m. must pay a 100 CZK surcharge.
In view of the fact that the parking and watching of bicycles is free at the P+R car parks, a cyclist cannot use a discount on return tickets for public transportation. At every one of the above mentioned car parks there is a stand for 5 bicycles excluding Zličín 1, where there is a stand for 10 bikes. If more people become interested, there will be more of them.
