Riding a Bike
There are over 260 kilometres cycle pathways in the capital, of which 100 kilometres are cycle tracks. They are building new and impressive ones at this moment, which are going to reach the historical centre of the city. Probably the most amazing cycle route will appear in a future recreational area. It will be connecting the city centre with districts Žižkov and Karlín. It will actually replace the railway going along the Husitská street. By 2010 there should be 450 kilometres of cycle ways and tracks in Prague, of which 150 kilometres will be cycle tracks.
