Live Jukebox – Sing Along or Just Listen
The streets of Prague will come to life with music again. During the second afternoon in June you might come across the unique Live Jukebox project in several places throughout Prague. The project has been prepared by the singer and voice coach Ridina Ahmedová with her friends.

Khamoro Comes to Prague!
For the sixteenth time, the Czech capital is hosting the most famous Roma festival called Khamoro. It is being held from 25th May to 31st May 2014. This international festival offers a wide variety of cultural events in the rhythms of traditional Roma music and gypsy jazz. The new kid on the block is the so-called ‘Khamororo’ day dedicated to children. The festival is held under auspices of the Prime Minister Bohuslav Sobotka and the Mayor of Prague Tomáš Hudeček.

Prague Spring Begins
The biggest Prague’s international music festival, Prague Spring, is launched on 12th May by Smetana’s famous composition My Homeland, performed by the Czech Philharmonic orchestra under the baton of Jiří Bělohlávek. The concert is dedicated to the 100 year anniversary of the birth of Rafael Kubelík.

Month of Young Jazz in Prague
Young Tune Jazz (Mladí Ladí Jazz) is coming to satisfy the need for good quality music and originality. It is the fifth year of the festival and now presents its largest and the most interesting programme in its history.
