World Famous Orchestra to Perform in Rudolfinum
On the occasion of the 80th anniversary of its foundation the Grand Symphony Orchestra of P.I. Tchaikovsky has organised a European tour. Considering the partnership between Moscow and Prague it is unimaginable that the orchestra would not perform in the Czech Capital.

Touches of Music

Celebrations of Freedom in Rock Café
The 21st anniversary of the events of 1989 will be celebrated on Wednesday 17th November in Rock Café, Národní třída. There will be concerts and projections in the club and also documentary films at the mezzanine New Scene of the National Theatre.

Light for Světluška
Ambient evening Light for Světluška (Fire-fly) will be held at Prague Crossroads, at the Church of Saint Anne on Wednesday 10th November. The concert will take place from 9 pm and will be televised live by Czech TV and by Czech Radio 1 Radiožurnál.

3rd Bohemian Like You Club Night
The Saturday celebration of the Bohemian Like You club night is drawing closer and when we look back it is clear that there is a lot to celebrate. The 1st Bohemian Like You night was held in October 2007 with the Frenchman Krazy Baldhead. That was three years ago. In the meantime, there have been 29 club nights held with 60 of them known worldwide. So now it is time to look back, evaluate and most of all celebrate.

Hip-hop Legends Give a Reminder of their “Fear of a Black Planet” Album
Public Enemy, one of the most important American hip-hop bands, will perform in Prague’s SaSaZu club on 31st October. According to the organisers the main part of the concert will focus on the famous “Fear of a Black Planet” album, which came out twenty years ago.
