The Deputy Mayor of Prague Marie Kousalíková and the chairperson of the Prague City Assembly committee for culture and free time Ivan Bednář will travel together with the orchestra to discuss the possibility of future co-operation in the sphere of education and culture with Taipei City Hall.
The orchestra will then travel to Hanoi, on 2nd October to take part in the programme of the City of Prague on the occasion of the 1000th anniversary of the foundation of the Vietnamese capital city. Also an official delegation of the City of Prague headed by the Mayor of Prague Pavel Bém will be present at the celebrations.
The Big Band will return to Prague on 6th October.
