Unlike other characters of Rapid Arrows, Jindra Hojer is a real name and its owner personally allowed Foglar to use it. Jindra used to go to Foglar’s scout club, and this was where the writer asked him if he could use his name for one of his characters. Jindra Hojer is still alive; some time ago he was a guest at the exhibition dedicated to the painter Bimbo, which took place at Municipal House. He dedicated his life to chemistry and has been working as an engineer in a research institute. He still enjoys reading the Rapid Arrows...
