“In these times of financial crisis and advancing economic recession, which badly affects our companies, a stable bank sector plays a key role. Our priority is to ensure a smooth financing of enterprises. Obtaining credit should not be made more difficult for them and interest rates should correspond to the situation on the bank market after the intervention of the central bank,” president of the Czech Chamber of Commerce, Petr Kužel, commented on the upcoming meeting.

The meeting is to be held on the 14th of January and it is entitled Financing Business Projects in the course of Economic Crises. According to the spokesperson for the Chamber, Jana Kozlíková, the Chamber’s president’s expectations from the meeting is cheaper and better accessible operation and investment credits for entrepreneurs in times of financial crisis and advancing economic recession.

Also the president of the Czech Banking Association, Jiří Kunert, had been informed about the meeting and has already confirmed his presence and interest in helping Czech business sector.
