There are more than three quarters of a million of diabetics in the population of the Czech Republic. More than half a million regularly buy dia products. According to ČTK (Czech News Agency), at least half of the people suffering from diabetes buy dia products once a week, forty-five percent would like to see a wider range of dia products and sixty-five percent would need more information on dia foodstuffs. Such is the outcome of a survey carried out by civic association DiaDesatero with five hundred participants suffering from diabetes.
