Modern populations have come to terms with the existence of gay and lesbian minorities. We have accepted it as fact. We would like to take the same approach on our portal. Prague is not a metropolitan centre of homosexuality but thanks to its size and high population it has the highest population of homosexual people in this country. We don’t want to close our eyes to the fact that there are an increasing number of homosexual people travelling here and on the other hand there is a growing range of businesses that are happy to offer high quality services especially for this minority group.
Given the number of such businesses that are functioning in Prague at the moment we can only assume that it is a profitable investment. It would be optimistic to believe that apart from orthodox believers of some religions and people who live in denial, Prague people have no problem with homosexuality. This is the way it goes. If we want a portal for a modern city, a city of today, we can’t do it any other way. We'll see. Anyway, on our portal we are of the opinion that these websites shouldn’t only serve members of specific minorities. Perhaps they could be used by people who would like to learn more about the lives of others. Even if this is just to open their own eyes and change their opinion.
