The Department of City Greenery of Prague City Hall has announced a tender for a company that will check the trees.

The company will need to localise the trees, measure them, determine their age and condition and assess the perspective of each tree. “As part of the contract, the company will have to produce a plan of care for the assessed trees,” says the documentation.

“Inventory and assessment will include basic dendrometric parameters and characteristic attributes associated with the assessment of the trees,” says the documentation. 

Candidates may deliver their offers by 26th July. The actual work in Petřín should be carried out between August and November 2013.
