Prague is taking another step in the revitalisation of Wenceslas Square. By the end of the year all the stalls will disappear from the square, to be replaced by six new, permanent stalls. “These will be of uniform design and will provide e.g. a bakery, a florist’s or a newsagent’s. The important thing is that they will remain the property of City Hall and will be leased under clear conditions,” says Councillor Aleksandra Udženija.
The number and product range of refreshment stalls is yet to be agreed.
