No Trams in Švehlova Street
Due to a bad technical condition, the tram tracks in Průběžná and Švehlova streets are under repair between Radošovická and Nádraží Hostivař. The renovation will last from 22nd May 2012 until further notice. It is estimated that it will be finished at the end of August.

Nostalgic Metro Trips Continue
Praguers had their first opportunity to ride the historical Prague metro on May 8th on the system’s 38th anniversary. Prague public transit company prepared this event where you can, once a month, have a ride on the historical train.

Restricted Operation of Trains to Radotín
On working days from 4th May 2012 to 21st May 2012, the operation of trains of the S7 line between Prague-Smíchov and Prague-Radotín will be restricted due to works on the train tracks. During that time, trains on the 171 route will follow a temporary timetable.

Easter Transportation in Prague
Besides some diversions, e.g. the tram diversion in Zenklova Street and the underground line C between Muzeum and Pražského povstání , Praguers need to be ready for other changes in the transport as well. The changes are basically the enforcement of holiday or weekend operation of public transportation.

Seasonal Transport Additions
With the beginning of the tourist season officially kicking off on Saturday 31rd March 2012, Prague Integrated Transport will be reinforced. More ferries will operate on the Vltava river and the funicular, which has undergone maintenance work, will once again take passengers to Petřín. Buses n. 112 to the Zoo will also operate more frequently.
