- between Monday 1. 9. And Friday 5. 9. 2014, between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m.
- on the date of the race 6. 9. 2014, between 4 p.m. and 9 p.m. Vehicles that won’t respect traffic restrictions will be towed away. In case this happens to your car, you can find out the location of your car by visiting the web www.sshmp.cz and entering your car’s registration number. You can also call the Prague City Police number, 156.
Public transport restrictions
We recommend using metro in the city centre. You can access information regarding public transport changes on www.dpp.cz, www.runczech.com and by calling Prague Transport Company infoline 296 191 817.
Street closures in Prague 1:
- 5.30 p.m. – 10 p.m. Na Příkopě
- 5.30 p.m. –9 p.m. náměstí Republiky, Revoluční, nábřeží Edvarda Beneše (in the section Čechův Bridge – Štefánikův Bridge), Letenský tunel, Štefánikův and Čechův Bridge
- 6.30 p.m. – 9 p.m. embankment Edvarda Beneše (in the section Klárov - Čechův Bridge), U Železné lávky, Kosárkovo nábřeží, U Plovárny
Transport restrictions in the streets of Prague 1:
- 5.30 p.m. –9 p.m. embankment kpt. Jaroše, Letená tunnel
- 6 p.m. –9 p.m. Za Viaduktem, Argentinská, U Průhonu, Osadní, Dělnická
- In the course of the race (5.30 p.m. –9 p.m. ) the left Vltava embankment will be closed in both – embankment E. Beneše, Štefánikův Bridge, Letná tunnel and embankment Jaroše. Use the right Vltava embankment instead.
PRAGUE 1 ENTRANCE AND EXIT OPTIONS
Unrestricted entrance/exit from these streets
Hlávkův Bridge and a arterial road, Hybernská, Mánesův Bridge, Pařížská, Vltava right embankment (Křižovnická, Dvořákovo embankment, 17. listopadu, Na Františku, embankment L. Svobody, Těšnovský tunnel), not possible to turn to Čechův and Štefánikův Bridge.
Restricted movement of vehicles on the day of the race
1. locality – Na Příkopě (the race route) – no entry and exit possible
2. locality – náměstí Republiky – no possible to turn from Celetná to Hybernská
3. locality – Revoluční
a. in nám. Republiky direction
- possible to enter just the underground garages OC Palladium
b. in Štefánikův most direction
- exit possible just from the street Soukenická and from underground garages OC Palladium > Revoluční > Lannova třída > embankment Ludvíka Svobody / Na Františku
4. locality – Dlouhá – exit possible just from the street Hradební > Řásnovka > Klášterská >Dvořákovo embankment
5. locality – Čechův and Štefánikův Bridge – possible to bypass via Hlávkův Bridge or Mánesův Bridge
Transport will be coordinated by the Czech Police in cooperation with the Prague City Police
Between 5.30 p.m. and 9 p.m., streets and crossroads will be gradually closed and reopen as soon as possible.
