Fortunately, this relates to a very short stretch of road, measuring only 120 metres, and the work is to be completed by 4th August. Particularly during rush-hour, drivers have restricted access to Revoluční street and congestion is likely from Štefánikův bridge and from Řásnovka, via which drivers have found a detour from Na Františku street due to traffic jams on Dvořákovo nábřeží.

For reasons of coordination, the paved surface of the road will be replaced with an asphalt surface only in the direction of the city centre during this year. This work will significantly reduce the road noise. The stone kerbs alongside the road will be levelled during this process. Further work is planned for next year when part of the tram route is also to be reconstructed.
