Transport is reinforced either by vehicles with higher capacity or by an additional bus.
“We are pleased that we managed to ensure finances to cover such amount of suburban bus lines to satisfy the demands of Praguers who wish to spend some leisure time in the Central Bohemian region,” said the councillor for transport, Jiří Pařízek.
“Weekend transport grows in the areas around Prague mainly in spring and summer, and especially when the weather is nice. A higher number of articulated buses enables transporting bigger number of passengers with a minimal increase in budget spending,“ added Pavel Procházka, who is in charge of ROPID.
