The increase in number of buses to Kutná Hora, Uhlířské Janovice, Poděbrady and Milovice will surely be most welcome not only commuters but also Praguers. The changes will take place in accord with the time-table changes in the whole republic that happens on Sunday 10th June. This day will also see the introduction of the new tariff zones 6 and 7. For the details, see the attachment.
Changes in Prague Integrated Transport bus lines:
- l. č. 381 The line is extended by the section Suchdol–Kutná Hora, bus station.
- l. č. 387 The line is extended by the section Horní Kruty–Újezdec–Uhlířské Janovice, square.
- l. č. 398 The line is extended by the section Kostelní Lhota–Poděbrady, train station
- l. č. 432 The new line Milovice, train station –Milovice, Topolová that connects to the train lines S20
One ticket is enough
“The extension of the lines n. 381, 387 a 398 means that the tariff situation will be simplified. While previously a mixed PID/SID tariff applied for the connections Prague–Kutná Hora, Prague–Uhlířské Janovice and Prague–Poděbrady, after the changes it will become possible to purchase just one PID ticket. Its price depends on the time necessary for the journey and on the number of tariff zones,” said ROPID’s spokesman Filip Drápal.
To Milovice only during weekdays
The new Milovice line 432 will improve the connection between the main parts of the city and the train station. The new line will operate during weekdays between 5 am and 8 pm, and it will connect to S20 trains that travel to Prague. The main advantage of the line lies is in the fact that it will enable passengers to travel by the train and bus with one ticket.
New tariff zones
Apart from the bigger number of the buses, new tariff zones 6 and 7 will be introduced as well. In connection with this move, new single as well as season tickets will become valid. Uhlířské Janovice or Poděbrady will belong in the tariff zone 6, while Kutné Hora will count in the tariff zone 7. Milovice already belongs in the tariff zone 4.
