We can now announce that the Prague metro is a total of 65 km long and includes 61 stations. Although Line A has new four stations, it remains to be the shortest line at 11 km long. The good news is that the journey from Depo Hostivař to Motol Hospital will only take half an hour. The metro extension works began on 21st June 2010 with the help of two tunnel boring machines that made the whole process easier and faster.
