The first phase of the administrative project in Holešovice already has new tenants - AFCON POWER & AUTOMATION, D-cinema and Prague Plus Real Estate. Further space has been leased to current tenants TP Vision, MMD and Zaplo Finance. The first phase of Classic 7 project has a current occupation rate of 80%.

Further tenancy under negotiation

“Alongside the first phase we are also negotiating with potential tenants for the second phase, which is currently leased to a level of more than 50%. There are several other tenants in the pipeline, service providers who will enhance Classic 7 and encourage further leasing,” said Kateřina Holická, Leasing Manager of AFI Europe Czech Republic s.r.o.

Classic 7 Business Park in Prague 7 – Holešovice is a Class A office development where history and modern life intermingle. The project is divided into several phases. The first stage was completed in 2008 with the reconstruction of two buildings of the former steam-powered Holešovice mill, dating from 1911, and the construction of a modern bridge to connect the two original mill buildings. The main aim of the whole project is to preserve the industrial architecture of the early 20th century and integrate it with the latest technology, thus creating a unique and timeless environment.  The second phase of the project was completed in December 2012 thus creating an enclosed complex of four buildings with an internal atrium and a relaxation area for the general public.
