“Stromovka has been a special park since the beginning of the 19th century, with its completely unique collection of woody plants. Now, an opportunity is available for visitors to learn more about them. Even experts will be pleased since many trees are truly unique,” Petr Hlubuček, Prague Deputy Mayor for the environment, says.

Leaflets with maps with the location of important trees and QR codes to download information on your phone are continuously added to the library in the reading room, situated at the base of the former pond. Visitors to the park, students and experts now have the opportunity to expand their knowledge about many trees, including unique species.

Detailed information about important trees, including their descriptions and photographs of their distinctive features, can be found at www.praha-priroda.cz.
