Nativity scenes from Třešť in Jindřišská Tower
The third floor of the Jindřišská Tower is now dedicated to an exhibition of original nativity scenes hand-carved by craftsmen from Třešť, which has become known as the town of nativity scenes.
In this small town in the Jihlava district, the beautiful tradition of carving those extraordinary works has been handed down from father to son, from generation to generation for over two hundred years.

Changes to The Prague Planetarium
Štefánikova hvězdárna (The Štefánik Observatory), Planetárium Praha (The Prague Planetarium) and Hvězdárna Ďáblice (The Ďáblice Observatory) have a new platform. They no longer need to be individually searched for under long and confusing names, as was the case in the past. Now, you can find them under one name: Planetum, with a single webpage and a unified presentation.

New Year’s Day Fireworks Display in Prague City 2019
An hour before the fireworks display begins, lasers will project a countdown onto Letná hill, which will entertain spectators waiting for the display to start. The "100 Years - 534 Artists" Exhibition will present unreleased stamps from famous authors
Until next March, an exhibition will take place on the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the establishment of the Postal Museum, where the postage stamps from 1918 - 2018 will be presented. Visitors will also see the unveiled and less known proposals.
