Farm products

Fortunately, Malostranské Market is operating as usual, so farmers can offer a wide range of seasonal vegetables, fruit, cheese and dairy products, meat and sausages, flowers, and hot and cold street food.

This time, calamari and shrimp will also be on offer, unusual foods for a historic square in a landlocked country. Malostranské Market will be simply irresistible, especially since huge crowds of tourists are not expected this year, and visitors will have the opportunity to enjoy it without crowds.

Seafood specialties

In addition to calamari and shrimp, seafood including squid, sea bream, tuna steak, lobster and some large wild fish like swordfish will also be for sale. They will be prepared on a traditional Croatian charcoal grill. Various tapas, squid salad, tartar steak and spreads will also be on offer.

Prosecco

As usual, the Lesser Town Square will be filled with the smell of fresh coffee during the farmers’ market. However, visitors will also be able to enjoy a refreshing glass of Prosecco.

In recent years, this sparkling wine has gained huge popularity due to its light, sweet and fresh taste, and the fact that it is suitable for any occasion at any time of year. What is more, it pairs well with seafood.
